Every aspect of the logo is intentional; from the hierarchy of brand icons to their placements. Starting with the bridge, we see each Minnesota element intentionally flowing into one another; water flowing under the bridge, watering the trees to help them grow.
The athlete follows the trees, representing both outdoor and indoor sports. The smaller hearts near the athlete represent everything the athletes feel; they feel joy, welcomed and included. The torch is placed in way that feels representative of the athlete carrying it; the stars and sparks ignite and transfer the flame to the Flame of Hope.
The people below the Flame of Hope represent everyone who is a part of the community; they are on top of the bridge to also represent everyone from Minnesota.
