The playoff picture at the World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship 2025 in Fredericton, Canada, is set.
Following a rigorous two-group, round-robin process, six teams are through to the knockout stage of competition: Italy, Canada, Scotland, Australia, United States, and Estonia.
Owing to their top-place finishes in Groups A and B, Italy and Australia have been seeded straight into the semi-finals, leaving Canada, Scotland, USA, and Estonia to compete in qualification games to decide which teams will join them.
The playoff games will take place on Friday, 2 May at 10:00 am (GMT/UTC-3), with the winners advancing to the semi-finals at 18:00 the same day.
The two teams that win the semi-finals will contest the final on Saturday, 3 May, while the other two teams will battle for third place.

The 2025 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship is also doubling as a qualifier for the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, with Olympic Qualification Points to be awarded to teams based on the finishing result. These points will be used to determine quota spots*.
